Premier Chef Services offers wedding catering for all sizes and styles of weddings, from intimate 10-30 person boutique weddings to large affairs with 500 attendees. Whether you are looking for a full service, 5-course plated wedding dinner for 200 people or a small, 15 person clambake buffet, we are ready to exceed your expectations and deliver a perfectly organized event with an incredible meal.
We understand your wedding is one of the most, if not the most, important days of your life. The last thing you want to worry about is wedding catering or event planning. From the moment you first reach out, we want you to feel relaxed and confident that we can help you handle all of your catering needs – and then some! Planning a wedding is a long, tedious process and we will be with you for the entire process, from start to finish. There is no question or concern too small that we will not be happy to assist with (even in the dead of winter!). It is our goal to allow you to concentrate on enjoying your engagement time together, without stressing about details that can easily be arranged and coordinated by our team.
PCS has extensive working experience and great relationships with many Martha’s Vineyard island vendors, and we are happy to help coordinate with them. We can assist in making arrangements with island venues, local rental companies, liquor and beverage providers, cake designers and pastry chefs, portable restroom services, and AV/generator providers. This is a courtesy service included in all of our wedding catering packages. Additionally, we have close working relationships with top island bands & DJ’s, floral providers, and event design professionals.
Premier Chef Services has a talented team of professional chefs with strong culinary and hospitality backgrounds. All PCS chefs are highly trained with extensive experience in all aspects of high-end catering, fine dining, hotel operations, wedding & corporate catering, and in-home private chef services. Our team utilizes only the highest quality local, seasonal ingredients available for all events. All catering menus are designed around seasonal Martha’s Vineyard produce, seafood, shellfish, poultry, and other specialty ingredients. We are grateful to live in a location that provides us with such a bounty of local ingredients, and we love to share them with our clients. Local fisherman and farmers are our friends, and we are proud to purchase the fruits of their labor and offer them to you.
In addition to our team of chefs, we have a full team of catering and hospitality professionals. All of our banquet captains, servers, bartenders, bussers, and raw bar attendants (shuckers) are qualified hospitality professionals and have experience in not only high end catering, but fine dining and hotel operations. All bartenders are TIPS certified and all bar services are fully insured.
Weddings are expensive and we understand this. Please let us know your catering budget, as our number one goal is to exceed expectations and want to maximize your budget. We can accommodate ANY budget and Chef/Owner Shane Tank will personally guarantee this by matching or beating any proposal you receive.
