We used Premier Chef Services for our daughter’s wedding this past September. When we booked Shane, we told him we felt that the appetizers during the cocktail hour had to knock the socks off of our guests. We told him we felt that that sets the tone for the party. Great drinks and amazing apps. He delivered, and then some. When it came time for our tasting , we all agreed that it was most likely going to be really good. Well..we were blown away. We couldn’t believe how delicious everything was. Everything was presented in such a beautiful way and was even more delicious than we had imagined. We kept telling our guests that they were going to love the food. At the actual cocktail hour, friends kept running up to us exclaiming over how amazing the apps were. The dinners were equally amazing. The Bride commented that she and the groom sat and ate their entire dinner!! The service was impeccable. Shane checked in multiple times with both me and the Bride to make sure we had everything we needed and that we were satisfied with everything. Shane and his crew at Premier Chef Services EXCEEDED all expectations. I hope we have the opportunity to use Shane again. I know he also does smaller dinner parties and likes to do clam bakes. Thinking I need an excuse for a party!!

Shane and team were amazing from the very beginning. We used Premier Chef Services for our wedding on MV in September 2024 and the guests could not stop talking about the food. Guests could not believe the chefs were cooking in a tent! I was told over and over again by so many that we had the best food. The service was very professional and top notch. They were very attentive to detail and accommodating. Highly recommend their entire team. Thank you for making our wedding so memorable!
Shane and his Premier team catered multiple large events for us this past August and consistently provided outstanding service. From the suggested menus, to consistent and clear communication, to working with other vendors for the events, he exceeded expectations. Best of all was the end result with his team having great customer service skills at the events and multiple guests saying (without being asked) how much they loved the food. I look forward to working with him in the future.
Shane catered our wedding this past July and we could not be more grateful! From communicating with Shane at the start of our wedding planning process, he was always very reliable, attentive, and accommodating. When we had our tasting in the spring, we were blown away by how delicious the food was. At our wedding, we had a buffet for 185 guests and the food was absolutely incredible! We were impressed at how well the quality and presentation of the food was. Our guests say it was the best wedding food they ever had! Everyone is still talking about it! Not only is the food amazing, but the staff is exceptional. Thierry was great to work with and we could not have done our wedding without him. He was very professional and experienced. I seriously trusted him with my life that day! Him and his team brought great energy. Dinner went so smoothly and everything was very efficient. It could not of been better. The entire staff was awesome and they did a great job setting up our ballroom, running the buffet, attending to guests, and transitioning half of the ballroom from dinner to dance floor. We could not be happier that we chose Shane to work with for our wedding. If you want a reliable team and amazing food, I highly recommend Premier Chef Services- the best of the best!
We couldn't be happier with our decision to work with Shane and Premier Chefs for our wedding. Shane is very organized and professional which helped take some pressure off of our wedding planning. He was very flexible and open when deciding on the menu and he even learned how to make a special dish that I requested. Our food was fantastic and our guests are still raving about it! Best. Wedding. Food. Ever. Shane and his entire team were unbelievable from day one. Our tasting was excellent. Service was unreal. Shane hand-delivered a plate of everything my wife and I missed at the cocktail hour while we were taking photos. If Shane had his own restaurant, it would be the only place we'd eat on island. All of our guests are still talking about the food a month later. Would recommend 100%. He designed our menu for us and everything was delicious. I just hope we have more events so we can book them again.
