We used Premier Chef Services for our daughter’s wedding this past September. When we booked Shane, we told him we felt that the appetizers during the cocktail hour had to knock the socks off of our guests. We told him we felt that that sets the tone for the party. Great drinks and amazing apps. He delivered, and then some. When it came time for our tasting , we all agreed that it was most likely going to be really good. Well..we were blown away. We couldn’t believe how delicious everything was. Everything was presented in such a beautiful way and was even more delicious than we had imagined. We kept telling our guests that they were going to love the food. At the actual cocktail hour, friends kept running up to us exclaiming over how amazing the apps were. The dinners were equally amazing. The Bride commented that she and the groom sat and ate their entire dinner!! The service was impeccable. Shane checked in multiple times with both me and the Bride to make sure we had everything we needed and that we were satisfied with everything. Shane and his crew at Premier Chef Services EXCEEDED all expectations. I hope we have the opportunity to use Shane again. I know he also does smaller dinner parties and likes to do clam bakes. Thinking I need an excuse for a party!!

Shane and team were amazing from the very beginning. We used Premier Chef Services for our wedding on MV in September 2024 and the guests could not stop talking about the food. Guests could not believe the chefs were cooking in a tent! I was told over and over again by so many that we had the best food. The service was very professional and top notch. They were very attentive to detail and accommodating. Highly recommend their entire team. Thank you for making our wedding so memorable!
Shane and his Premier team catered multiple large events for us this past August and consistently provided outstanding service. From the suggested menus, to consistent and clear communication, to working with other vendors for the events, he exceeded expectations. Best of all was the end result with his team having great customer service skills at the events and multiple guests saying (without being asked) how much they loved the food. I look forward to working with him in the future.
Shane catered our wedding this past July and we could not be more grateful! From communicating with Shane at the start of our wedding planning process, he was always very reliable, attentive, and accommodating. When we had our tasting in the spring, we were blown away by how delicious the food was. At our wedding, we had a buffet for 185 guests and the food was absolutely incredible! We were impressed at how well the quality and presentation of the food was. Our guests say it was the best wedding food they ever had! Everyone is still talking about it! Not only is the food amazing, but the staff is exceptional. Thierry was great to work with and we could not have done our wedding without him. He was very professional and experienced. I seriously trusted him with my life that day! Him and his team brought great energy. Dinner went so smoothly and everything was very efficient. It could not of been better. The entire staff was awesome and they did a great job setting up our ballroom, running the buffet, attending to guests, and transitioning half of the ballroom from dinner to dance floor. We could not be happier that we chose Shane to work with for our wedding. If you want a reliable team and amazing food, I highly recommend Premier Chef Services- the best of the best!
We had Shane and Thierry cook dinner at our bachelorette party and it was DIVINE! They were both extremely accommodating and prepared one of the most delicious meals I’ve personally ever had. We had a great time and a great meal. Would highly recommend to anyone - from a small party to a large event!
We hired Shane to cater our daughter's wedding last July for about 160 guests. Cocktail hour and late night was in our backyard and seated dinner was also outside under a tent. From our first phone call with Shane, until the end of the evening event he and his team were a dream to work with. Not only was Shane professional, hardworking, organized and 100% dedicated to making our event successful, but also he was creative, talented, thoughtful, and accommodating in selecting a menu with us that reflected the tastes of the bride and groom. We especially appreciated the ability to taste all the foods beforehand to tweak the final menu.From the cocktail hour, to the main dinner, and then finishing with a fun late night offering our guests were "wowed" by the delicious and visually beautiful food that was served. Our friends and family are still talking about it as the best event food EVER experienced.The PCS team-bartenders, servers and chefs were above and beyond helpful during the entire event. They were professional, friendly, efficient and very aware of any assistance they could be even if it was not part of their responsibilities. They always kept an eye on us to see if everything was running the way we wanted and if there was anything we might need. This allowed us to relax and enjoy our guests during the entire event. Even our vendors were excited that Shane and his team were our caterers and all agreed that his food is hands down the best!There is no question in our minds that PCS contributed in a huge way to the success of our event. We highly recommend Shane and his extraordinary team and hope to work with him again.
PCS was absolutely the best choice for us. I can't rave enough on how much my husband, family, and I had the best weekend with Shane's team! They catered our rehearsal dinner which was a more relaxed backyard BBQ them to our actual wedding which offered a different style of service! They were very kind, professional, and helpful. It was important to my husband and I that we had the right fit for our wedding weekend with all of our vendors and PCS was just that. I felt like they were also our guests and my friends and family couldn't say enough nice things about everyone. As far as the food, it exceeded our expectations (even after the tasting) they take so much care into what they do and it shows. I am looking forward to using their services the next time we host an event on island. Thank you Shane, and everyone from PCS for making our weekend a little extra special 🙂
Shane catered my daughter’s wedding. The food was fabulous! It’s not often that guest tell you how wonderful the food was from the hors d’oeuvres to the main menu’s.
We loved working with Shane and his team on the catering for our wedding. From the tasting to the night off, Shane was attentive, creative, thoughtful, and fun to work with. The food was delicious and we got lots of compliments from our guests. We also really appreciated being able to do a tasting, as we know that's not all too common among caterers on the Vineyard. We hope to use him again for future events!
I hired Shane and his team to cater a 65 person reception for an event, and ended up in a pinch less than a week before show time, having to ask him to cater the post event dinner as well. Shane didn't hesitate for a second, came up with an easy menu on the spot, made all the arrangements (including with tent vendors, alcohol suppliers etc) and had us all seated and dined in time to catch the last ferry off the island. Shane and his team (from the bar crew, to servers, to the chefs) were a delight to work with-super friendly and so professional and efficient. The hors d'oeuvres were creative and perfectly sized, the meal and presentation were impeccable, and the wraparound service Premier provides really took a logistical load off my shoulders as the event planner. I would highly recommend working with Premier Chef Services and will definitely go back to them for my next event on the Vineyard.
We couldn't be happier with our decision to work with Shane and Premier Chefs for our wedding. Shane is very organized and professional which helped take some pressure off of our wedding planning. He was very flexible and open when deciding on the menu and he even learned how to make a special dish that I requested. Our food was fantastic and our guests are still raving about it! My husband and I recently hired Chef Shane and his team at Premier Chef Services for our wedding in September. We were thrilled from start to finish with his service, his professionalism, his attention to detail, and his AMAZING food and drinks! His service was not only impeccable, but incredibly personal. He made us feel like treasured clients, always maintaining communication with us throughout the year of planning. The week of our wedding, he catered an intimate family dinner that included lobster, chowder, oysters, and amazing pie. On our wedding day, his staff was lovely and the food was beyond belief. Best. Wedding. Food. Ever. Shane and his entire team were unbelievable from day one. Our tasting was excellent. Service was unreal. Shane hand-delivered a plate of everything my wife and I missed at the cocktail hour while we were taking photos. If Shane had his own restaurant, it would be the only place we'd eat on island. All of our guests are still talking about the food a month later. Would recommend 100%. He designed our menu for us and everything was delicious. I just hope we have more events so we can book them again.
